Step 151

Yep, that’s right! Step aerobics! It’s still alive! Fast-paced, high energy, lots of choreography and so much sweaty fun! No class is every the same- very class includes different choreography! If you’ve never done a Step class, Marisa can teach you!  With an open mind and consistency, you’ll get it with time!  As long as you’re movin’! Fake it ‘til you make it baby! For those who want to learn, there are Step 101 and Step 201 workshops stored in the Virtual HHbM Community Facebook group. Get ready for a fun sweat party, a challenge for the mind and body, and a well-deserved escape!

Spin Mixology

Fat-burnin’ and stress-relievin’ on a Spin bike! Sprints, climbs, and jumps, oh my! No experience necessary. Just hop on and let yourself unplug and recharge!  Unplug and recharge! There are 2 timeslots to choose from: 4:30-4:55pm and 4:55-5:25pm. Some people spin for one session (quick and dirty) and others request to do a “double” where they spin two sessions back-to-back if there are spots available. As with every workout, it’s all about you!  Your body, your workout! Get ready for that burn … that burn is a blessing!

Tabata Tuesday

Bootcamp on the Rocks Tabata style! Full body interval training with timed circuits- 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. You can do anything for 20 seconds! This one flies by!

This isn’t your typical “nooner”… it just starts at noon! Battlerope, TRX, slam balls, oh my! Celebrate your healthy body with this full-body, action-packed, high-energy Bootcamp-style class! Marisa will facilitate the class rotating through various stations that focus on athletic drills and resistance training. Build strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness while conditioning yourself to reach your ultimate potential!  All levels welcome! As always, your body, your workout!
